BLOCKX's extra-fine oil paints are largely made from pure mono pigment, with no added fillers or additives. Due to the unique traditional manufacturing method of grinding on porphyry stone, mixed with traditional binders, the creamy textures of BLOCKX oil colours are highly concentrated in colour.

The BLOCKX palette offers a wide and carefully developed range of colours, renowned for their smooth, buttery consistency and natural luminosity. Each colour delivers a refined texture that responds beautifully to both classical techniques such as glazing and layering, and more contemporary, expressive applications.
