The newly designed, innovative key mechanism offers significantly more specific keying options than a conventional security lock while providing a secure and reliable lockout solution. The specially designed locking mechanism is insulated and non-conductive, protecting employees from electric shocks when using the lock. The locking mechanism consists of six precision-engineered steel cylinder profiles, supporting a high number of different keying arrangements and offering maximum resistance to tampering. The lightweight padlocks are impact-resistant and resistant to temperature, chemicals, and corrosion. Their non-conductive, spark-free housing has a ribbed surface for excellent grip and ease of use.
