The case shells are equipped with an additional aluminum frame for increased stability, two removable tool boards with rubberized tool insert tabs and slide-in slats, and a document compartment. An additional tool board with integrated tool insert slats is located in the base plate. Supplied with 5 raaco Carry-Lite 55 inserts for secure storage of small parts and accessories.

Revolutionary stability features include case shells made of 3.5 mm ABS (airworthy), a reinforced aluminum frame, hinges for case shells integrated in the frame, a large aluminum handle with a plastic insert, and two cylinder locks recessed in the frame. It also has special high and sturdy feet for maximum stability.

Revolutionary comfort is provided by two gas pressure shock absorbers for comfortable opening of the case, tool panels in the case top with a 30° inclination for better tool removal, a profile grid in the case bottom for the raaco Carry-Lite 55 insert compartment, and tool panels with innovative push-through limitation. The case is made of recyclable materials, with design and development focused on ease of repair.
