Description
The CMT saw blade designers and technicians present the non-ferrous saw blade with the high performance expected from CMT. This means impact-resistant teeth made from a special carbide formula, a triple tooth configuration for longer life, and a close relationship between the tooth and the workpiece that provides better grip for the teeth. The negative cutting angle of 6° allows for a controlled cut for hassle-free reworking, without the risk of window frames collapsing. A special channel ensures efficient chip removal.

Note: We strongly recommend the use of a liquid lubricant for larger sizes. Wax sticks are not recommended for lubrication. Deburring and cutting of non-ferrous metals and aluminum. Suitable for single or double mitre saws, panel saws, and format saws. Type 296 for handheld machines. Aluminum, thin brass, thin copper alloys, plastics, composites, plated sheets.

Tip: Use a liquid coolant when cutting aluminum and non-ferrous materials.
