To use the pizza stone on your Cobb grill, you will need the grill plate (CO102) and the roasting rack (CO32). It is compatible with the Cobb Easy to Go, Cobb Premier, Cobb Premier Compact, and Cobb Premier Gas. Prepare your briquettes or Cobble Stone as usual in your Cobb or ignite the flame on a gas grill. Once the briquettes, Cobble Stone, or gas grill are ready, place the grill plate with the roasting rack on the grill. Put the pizza stone on the roasting rack. Now, close the lid of the grill and heat your pizza stone for at least 15 minutes. You can now bake a delicious pizza with a crispy crust. Place the pizza directly on the surface of the pizza stone and close the lid. Depending on the thickness of the crust, your pizza should be ready in about 15 to 20 minutes.
