Linear electric cylinders are needed in a wide range of applications. The DSZY30 electric cylinder is a special version where the motor is mounted axially to the piston rod rather than laterally. Equipped with a trapezoidal lead screw, these are small, compact, and lightweight DC linear drives. An integrated diode circuit allows for quick direction reversal through simple voltage polarity reversal of the DC motor. By default, all DSZY30 types come with two integrated, non-adjustable limit switches directly connected to the DC motor. Overloading of the drive can be managed through separate monitoring and current limiting.
