Facom Hexagon Socket Bit 3/8", 3 mm, OGV Grip.

The Facom OGV® Grip features a chrome-plated surface with a phosphated tip. The special hexagonal profile protects hex screws from rounding, even under high torque, and allows for the easy loosening of damaged or rounded hex screws. The bit is designed to stay securely in place and cannot be removed.
