It features a stainless steel piston rod and options for external and internal threads. A wide range of accessories allows for the installation of DSNU cylinders practically anywhere. Adjustable pneumatic cushioning. Cylinders of type PPV with adjustable cushioning absorb energy at the end positions through the targeted buildup and release of an air cushion. This allows for a high level of energy absorption while simultaneously reducing noise. The manual adjustment screw enables fine-tuning for the specific application.

Application information:
The DSNU pneumatic cylinders with self-adjusting cushioning are equipped with a special cushioning piston as an extension of the main piston. This relatively long cushioning piston builds up an air cushion in the connection cap before the end position. Due to this energy-absorbing method, these cylinders are ideal for medium to heavy loads and high-speed applications.
