The Fischer Brass Anchor PA 4 is a specialized anchor for securing metric screws in thin panel materials. The brass anchor is installed in a pre-insertion assembly. When the screw is turned in, the anchor expands and secures itself in the material. The Fischer Brass Anchor PA 4 is ideal for attaching handles, brackets, or lamps to wood-based panels, plastic sheets, as well as concrete, solid bricks, and sand-lime bricks.
Advantages: The short Brass Anchor PA 4 requires only a very shallow anchoring depth, making it the solution for thin panel materials. The special surface structure of the PA 4 prevents it from rotating in the drill hole, resulting in increased installation safety. The internal thread allows for the use of commercially available metric screws and enables ideal adaptation to the application.
Applications: Handles, brackets, furniture fittings, lamps. Materials: Wood-based panels, plastic sheets, concrete, solid bricks, sand-lime bricks, natural stone with a dense structure.
Functionality: The PA 4 is suitable for pre-insertion assembly. The turning of the metric screw expands the brass anchor at the front and securely anchors it in the substrate. Determining screw length for flush anchor installations: Anchor length + thickness of the attachment = minimum screw length.
