The Fischer adjustment disc FSW, in combination with the Fischer concrete screw UltraCut FBS II hexagon head US with a diameter of 10 (gvz), allows for quick and easy installation of wooden beams or wood clamps. This results in significant time savings, especially in house construction, and reduces the strain on the craftsman during the installation of wooden thresholds.

The adjustment process is simplified to the extent that no assistance from a second person is required. The adjustment disc is attached to the wooden beam using standard screws.

Functionality: Create the drill hole using a hammer drill or hollow drill, and prepare the drill hole in the wooden beam. Clean the drill hole. Cleaning can be completely omitted if a hollow drill is used to create the hole. Cleaning of the drill hole can be skipped if drilling vertically into the ceiling or floor. However, for drilling into the floor, the drill hole depth must be increased by three times the drill diameter.

Align the adjustment disc with the concrete screw so that the formed washer of the concrete screw fits into the recess of the adjustment disc. Insert the concrete screw with a tangential impact wrench at the specified torque. Place a second adjustment disc with the recess facing down onto the already installed concrete screw. Secure the Fischer adjustment discs to the wood with standard flat-head screws. The concrete screw can now be easily loosened again, allowing the beam to be aligned and supported or grouted as needed.
