Fischer

The Fischer hollow wall metal anchor HM-S is a versatile hollow wall anchor with a metric screw, suitable for all panel building materials with a wall thickness of 3 to 50 mm. The anchor is installed using the Fischer HM-Z 1 mounting pliers in a pre-insertion method. The pliers pull the anchor against the panel building material in the hollow space. The expansion arms then fold out and press against the back of the panel. Alternatively, installation with a screwdriver or cordless drill is also possible. The metric internal thread allows the attachment to be secured and released multiple times.

The Fischer hollow wall metal anchor HM is suitable for mounting lights, pictures, and lightweight wall shelves indoors.

Advantages: Due to the extensive range, the HM is suitable for panel building materials with a thickness of 3-50 mm, making it applicable for a variety of uses. The metric internal thread allows for repeated loosening and securing of the attachment, providing optimal flexibility. The expansion arms of the HM create a large contact area, enabling high load capacity. The claws on the edge of the anchor penetrate the panel building material, preventing the anchor from rotating and ensuring secure installation.

Functionality / Installation: The hollow wall metal anchor HM is suitable for pre-insertion installation. The selection of the anchor should be matched to the thickness of the panel building material to optimally allow for expansion in the hollow space. During installation, the expansion arms fold out and press against the back of the panel. The HM can be installed with the mounting pliers. When using a cordless drill or screwdriver, the pre-installed screw must first be removed. For screwing in and expanding the anchor, the attachment or a tool (max. 6 mm) must be used simultaneously as a rotation lock.

Applications: Lightweight wall shelves, mirror cabinets, substructures.
