The Fischer distance mounting system Thermax 10 is a solution for fastening to exterior walls without thermal bridges in external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS). The stock screw with the fiberglass-reinforced cone self-drills through the plaster into the insulation material. During installation, the stock screw is screwed into the universal plug UX, securely anchoring it in the building material. The anti-cold cone at the head of the stock screw interrupts the thermal bridge and accommodates the external fastening. The Thermax is suitable for attaching light loads such as lights, mailboxes, or lightning rods to concrete, aerated concrete, and masonry made of hollow and solid bricks.

Advantages: The distance mounting allows for adjustment of the attachment to achieve precise positioning, while avoiding pressure points or damage to the ETICS. The combination of the Thermax 10 with the universal plug UX ensures secure anchoring in the substrate. The plastic cone interrupts the thermal bridge between the attachment and the internal fastening, providing an energetically optimized connection. The fiberglass-reinforced plastic cone forms a precise fit in the ETICS and enables simple and quick installation without special tools. Without the UX plug, direct mounting in wooden substructures is also possible after pre-drilling.

Applications: For thermally separated fastening of signs, lights, mailboxes, motion detectors, downpipes, lightning rods, and blind guide rails. Building materials: concrete, high-hole bricks, hollow blocks made of lightweight concrete, lime-sand hollow bricks, lime-sand solid bricks, masonry bricks, aerated concrete, wood.

Functionality: The Thermax 10 is suitable for pre-insertion mounting. The self-drilling, fiberglass-reinforced cone drills directly through the plaster into the insulation material during installation. The anti-cold cone reliably interrupts the thermal bridge. Installation is carried out without any special tools. When used in wood without plugs, the wood and plaster must be pre-drilled: Thermax 10: d0 = 18 mm, h0 = 50 mm.
