For checking or adjusting right-handed torque spanners as well as torque screwdrivers, this electronic tester is ideal for checking fixed torque spanners on the line. It features an easy-to-use design with an integrated torsion transducer (DMS).
There are five models available in the range from 0.2 to 3150 Nm, equipped with a hexagon socket of 1/4", SW 10, 17, 36 mm, or a square socket of 1.1/2" (depending on the model). It includes square adapters of 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", and 1" or a bit adapter of 1/4" or 3/8" (depending on the model).
The tester offers high measuring accuracy with a tolerance of +/- 1% for all readings and +/- 1 digit. It features first peak detection (crack detection) and an autoreset function. The unit can be switched between Nm, lbf-ft, and lbf-in.
It includes a serial interface RS232 for PC connectivity. Software for plausibility checks is available upon request (Software suite: Code 3454630).
