Design:
Mechanical, manually operated torque multiplier for controlled tightening and loosening of screw connections. It features a two-stage planetary gear and a housing made of high-performance aluminum. Available models have gear ratios of 1:18, 1:22, 1:28.5, and 1:39. All models are equipped with a slip (RS) and a non-destructive overload protection "Slipper" to protect the gearbox, and are suitable for both right-handed and left-handed users. Each model comes with a model-specific, angled reaction arm in Z-shape made of chrome-vanadium steel. Optionally, it can be retrofitted with a straight reaction arm in L-shape, which has an adjustable reaction square made of lightweight metal. The guaranteed accuracy is better than +/- 3% tolerance. Designed for operation in conjunction with a torque wrench. There are 4 models with maximum load capacities ranging from 6000 Nm to 13000 Nm. The output square drive includes a hole for inserts from cordless screwdrivers with a locking pin and ring.
