Gesipa

GESIPA-PolyGrip is the favorite for challenging and demanding applications in industrial environments for all types of materials. Originally developed as a multi-range blind rivet, the GESIPA-PolyGrip has over time developed many additional talents that make it a preferred solution for tackling challenging applications. Whether in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, indoors or outdoors, with hard or soft joining materials, critical hole diameters, and tolerances: when no other option works, the GESIPA-PolyGrip is almost always the saving solution.

Key features:
- Wide grip range: A single PolyGrip blind rivet can replace up to five different sizes of DIN standard blind rivets. This results in the following advantages:
  - Limitation of types
  - Reduction of variety in stock
  - Decreased risk of confusion, leading to fewer processing errors

Excellent hole grip: The rivet shaft deforms radially during the setting process, compensating for drilling inaccuracies, misalignment, and diameter differences to create a play-free and tight connection.

Secure mandrel locking: PolyGrip blind rivets do not produce rattling noises from released mandrels, nor is there a risk of mandrel loss. Under certain conditions, PolyGrip blind rivets are splash-proof. With their good hole grip properties and mandrel locking, they offer a cost-effective alternative to closed blind rivets. When it comes to preventing water from penetrating through the connection, PolyGrip blind rivets are an ideal choice. The wide head formation ensures high tensile strength values and thus a high level of safety.
