The safe drilling process of the blind rivet nut is carried out with optimized torque and automatic shut-off. The triggering of the setting process is functionally separated from the drilling process. There is an automatic drill-out function after the completion of the setting process, and the drilling of the threaded mandrel is performed with high torque. The device is robust and compact with a shock-resistant housing.
