The Hager Universal Dimmer TYA664BN is a 4-fold KNX dimmer with a power of 4x600W, suitable for dimmable LEDs and energy-saving lamps, incandescent lamps, high-voltage and low-voltage halogen lamps. It allows for switching and dimming, as well as automatic detection of the load type (autodetect method) and optimization of the dimming range (easydetect method) via button press on the external sensor, on the device, or through an object.

The professional mode enables the selection of modes on the device or via bus access. Functions include dimming, switching, forced operation, timing, switch-off warning, and scene recall (64 per channel, each with its own ramp-up time). Each dimming output features manual control, which can also be locked, as well as a switching status indicator via LED. The dimming channels can be combined in various configurations for increased power. The device provides protection against overheating, overload, and short circuits and allows for labeling directly on the device. Additionally, it detects the current flow of the light source via a status object.
