It is suitable for surface-mounted applications in buildings as well as for protected outdoor installations. With an IP66 protection rating, it offers high protection against the ingress of dust and water, making it ideal for demanding environments. The box features external lugs for easy mounting and a lid secured with quick-release fasteners. Cable entry is facilitated through elastic sealing membranes that allow for flexible adaptation to various cable sizes. Additionally, the use of cable bushings can be implemented later by removing the sealing membrane, which enhances the product's versatility. The lid retaining strap ensures that the lid remains securely in place during installation.
