  • Flexible installation on window or door frames using the included adhesive strips or screws.
  • Low-maintenance operation with two micro batteries for an exceptionally long battery life of 4 years.
  • Reliably detects the opening or closing of windows and doors via an integrated infrared light barrier.
  • During ventilation, the room temperature is automatically lowered in conjunction with the Homematic IP radiator thermostat.
  • Open windows and doors are displayed directly in the Homematic IP app, allowing you to check the current status anytime, even when you're away.
