Product details

No discolouration of copper, silver etc. at elevated temperatures. Suitable for use in the immediate vicinity of switching mechanisms. Permanent plasticity, no chemical bonding with metals or other substances. Resistant to oil, petrol, grease, water, corrosion and more. For sealing metal to metal. For sealing plastic to plastic. For sealing water and oil pumps, cylinder heads, oil pans, engines, intake manifolds, transmission and gearbox housings and threads. For the assembly of gas turbines, water-cooled generators, turbo vacuum systems and coatings of pre-moulded seals. Temperature resistance: -50 °C to +250 °C (up to +300 °C for short periods).
