Welding protection blanket with Alufix coating, measuring 2000 x 1000 mm. This blanket provides protection during welding and angle grinding work, covering flammable areas. It is non-combustible, classified as A1 in accordance with EN 13501-1. The most important measure to prevent fires during welding or angle grinding is to cover flammable areas with a certified welding protection blanket made by JUTEC®. The special coating offers protection from bright red glowing welding beads and slag, and the Alufix coating can briefly withstand temperatures up to 600 °C.
