The walls of the cart are closed on all sides, smooth, and without trapezoidal seams, making both the interior and exterior surfaces particularly easy to clean. The high seams of the walls are positively riveted. The upper and lower edges of the cart are reinforced with solid aluminum extrusions.

Two galvanized steel beams provide additional support for the cart floor, on which the wheels are alternately mounted. The chassis features a wheel arrangement consisting of four swivel casters, two of which are equipped with wheel brakes, in accordance with the safety standard DIN EN 1757-3 for manually operated industrial carts. The wheel housing is made of galvanized steel, with roller bearings and thread protection.
