The commercially available tubular cable lugs are made from high-purity, corrosion-resistant copper. The ring lugs are electroplated with tin to prevent oxidation, making them suitable for use in damp environments. The cable lug can be crimped using our crimping tool. These crimp cable lugs are designed to create secure electrical connections in electrical installations, such as in homes, gardens, and garages, as well as in cars, trucks, motorcycles, and bicycles.

There are 10 pieces of connectors available for solid, stranded, fine-stranded, and ultra-fine stranded conductors, in accordance with DIN standards, with markings for correct crimping, indications for narrow and wide crimping, identification engraving, cross-section specifications, and hole diameter for quick identification. The crimp cable lugs for copper conductors are manufactured according to DIN 46235 and are made from electrolytic copper. All cable lugs are annealed after mechanical processing to ensure proper crimping. They are then electroplated with tin.

The cable lugs feature the following markings: manufacturer symbol, cross-section (mm²), pin diameter, crimp identification number according to DIN 480083, and crimping position. The operating temperature ranges from -50°C to +150°C.
