High pressure machine vices type CNC
• Application: CNC high pressure vices with constant overall length for the use of high precision components on machining centres.
• Design: Clamping system mechanical-hydraulic with hand crank. Clamping force adjustable in 8 steps/5 kN-steps. Repeat clamping precision at the same clamping force 0.01 mm. Body made of spheroidal cast iron GJS 600. Guideways hardened and ground, with ground side faces. Alignment on the machine table, longitudinal and transverse via grooves 20 H7 and sliding blocks.
• Advantage: Suitable for zero point clamping system. Spindle protected against dirt and chips. Jaw quick-change system.
