Curved carving knife, with a bent blade and a beechwood handle. Kirschen carving knives are made from special carbon steel. They have a hardness of 59 to 61 HRc and are delivered pre-sharpened. Before the first use, they should be honed with a sharpening stone to achieve their final sharpness. Carving knives are suitable for decorative carving or inlays.
