The turbo disc from Lukas in a flat design offers exceptional machining performance thanks to a novel patented lamella shape and its arrangement. The innovative tool design has more than 70% of the grinding material located on the outer area of the backing disc, with up to six grinding layers stacked on top of each other.

Advantages over conventional flap discs include better material removal, no glazing or overheating of the lamellas, reduced noise, less vibration, fewer working steps, and a robust steel backing disc. The turbo disc has been newly developed for processing stainless steels and is ideal for working on weld seams, deburring, derusting, finishing, and smoothing. It is free from iron, sulfur, and chlorine.
