Installation instructions according to § 13 NAV

Please note that devices with a connection value of 230 V are delivered either with a protective contact plug or a fixed connection (without plug) depending on the power rating. If the device has a fixed connection, a qualified professional must be commissioned for the installation. All devices with a connection value of 400 V or higher must be operated via a suitable high-voltage connection and may only be connected by a qualified electrician. For devices with a rated power of more than 12 kW, approval from your network operator is required. Please contact the network operator or a registered installation company in the network operator's installer directory before installation. Such an installation company will assist you in obtaining the necessary approval from the respective network operator.
