Dual Fast Charger DC18RD
With intelligent charging technology and cooling system for short charging times. The Dual Fast Charger DC18RD is suitable for LXT series batteries with 14.4 V and 18 V. Thanks to a cooling system, the batteries are cooled during the charging process to achieve fast charging and improve performance. After a successful charging process, an optional melody plays, which can be customized. The clear status area on the dual fast charger provides information about the battery's charge level, the readiness of the fast charger, or any faults.
The melody played after the charging process can be set for each charging slot. To deactivate or change the melody, follow these steps:
1. Insert the battery into the charging slot whose melody you want to change. The last set melody will play briefly.
2. Remove the battery from the charger within five seconds and reinsert it. A new melody will be activated. Each subsequent removal and reinsertion within five seconds will activate the next melody. When the desired melody is active, leave the battery inserted to start the charging process. A short beep indicates that no melody will play (silent mode).
The set melody remains stored even if the charger is disconnected from the power source. Makita chargers and batteries can also be used with WS24 batteries and chargers.
