The Makita BO002CG is an extremely handy and lightweight random orbital sander that can be powered by a 40V max battery or via a PDC connector battery. By using a separately connected battery through an adapter cable, which can be worn on a belt, the device remains particularly light and easy to handle, significantly improving usability. Excellent dust extraction is facilitated by the base plate, which directs dust either into the integrated dust box or through an external extraction system. The latter can be connected to a vacuum cleaner via the Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS) using Bluetooth. The sander's brushless motor is maintenance-free and known for its durability. Additionally, the constant electronics ensure a consistent speed, providing an even sanding result across various materials. The adjustable rotational and eccentric motion further contributes to achieving perfect results.
