Please note: In winter, we recommend having the slats open to prevent snow from accumulating on them. This pergola is not wind resistant; however, it can withstand wind force 4 (max. 28 km/h) with a moderate breeze. We also offer other side walls to match this pergola in our shop. Please note, however, that no side wall can be attached to the side of the crank. After handover to the forwarding agent, delivery time is up to one week. The forwarding agent will be instructed to arrange a delivery date with you. Delivery is, as usual, always free kerbside - transport to the home or assembly of the goods is not included. Please check the goods upon acceptance and note any defects in detail on the delivery note. We will then try to send you a replacement part or provide a reduction as quickly as possible.
