If you intend to do so, you can secure the privacy screen with a storm anchor. The storm anchor is driven into the ground below the soil surface and aligned. Due to the construction, a stable triangle is formed, which secures the privacy fence well against stronger winds - however, it will not help against hurricane gusts.
