The KNX Modbus Gateway RTU485 SCN-MBGRTU.01 is designed for bidirectional data exchange between Modbus RTU and KNX devices. It allows for master/slave mode selection for each individual channel. Extensive binary and arithmetic math functions are configurable for each channel, with simple scaling settings. Value range conversions can be set for each channel, and it features multi read/write functionality on the Modbus side. The slave ID can be selected separately for each channel, and it includes 20 value comparator blocks with four comparison values and operations each. This device is universally applicable and supports a variety of Modbus and KNX data types. No additional Modbus supply voltage is required, as power is supplied via the KNX connection. The Modbus and KNX are galvanically isolated. Development and production take place in Engelskirchen.
