Less is more with the lacquer router from MSW. The lacquer must come off, but without removing the wood surface. The precise router reliably and effectively removes layers of varnish and paint. It is more effective than a sander and more precise than a planer. Because it removes paint mechanically, it is also more environmentally friendly than other methods of removing paint.

The effective paint sander is suitable for all types of flat wood surfaces. It uses up to 710 W of motor power, driving the palloid-toothed gearbox for powerful and gentle milling work. You can move the router forwards, backwards, and sideways, allowing for much more flexibility than a planer. Even on corners and edges, the lacquer sander shows excellent results on flat wood surfaces.

You can use the tool in various ways for stairs, doors, or window frames, as well as for working on rebates or flush milling. To ensure that you only remove the paint when routing, the routing depth can be adjusted finely from 0 - 0.3 mm. It is advisable to choose a shallow depth initially to avoid damaging the grain of the wood when sanding.

For the necessary freedom of movement when routing, the unit is equipped with a 4.1 m power cable. To prevent paint and varnish residues from contaminating your surroundings, the paint router includes a connection for external extraction.
