The manual pipe bending machine for pipes and sheets

The MSW-TRB-100 pipe bending machine from MSW is the ideal tool for manually bending round, rectangular, and square pipes as well as sheets. This profile bending machine is an indispensable aid when you need to create special workpieces with significant bends in your daily work.

The distances of the outer counter rolls to the central working roller, the bending center point, can be effortlessly adjusted in five stages. Consequently, the bending radius of the pipes (outer diameter 38 mm) or narrow sheets varies accordingly. An additional change in curvature is achieved by turning the central roller down using the threaded rod of the hand press.

Thanks to the long hand crank, this robust bending machine provides optimal power transmission. Once the pipe or sheet is placed between the three rollers, you crank in one direction. If the workpiece does not yet have the desired curvature, simply adjust the hand press and crank back in the opposite direction. You repeat this process until the required bending radius between 66 and 120 cm is achieved.

You achieve great stability by fixing the bending machine to a workbench using the pre-drilled mounting holes with a diameter of 11 mm.
