The double-sided cast iron grill pan from Ooni has a perfect design for all Ooni ovens. It serves as both a serving and grill pan. The smooth side is ideal for frying eggs or fajitas, while the ribbed side is perfect for grilling meat and creates a great grill pattern. It includes two removable cast iron handles and comes with a beech wood serving board for easy serving. Note: Once cooled, rinse by hand, store in a dry place and never store damp.
