Product details

This knife was specially developed by Opinel for collecting and preparing mushrooms. The fine, curved Sandvik stainless steel blade with serrated back makes it easy to skin mushrooms. At the end of the handle made of natural-coloured, varnished beech wood is a brush made of wild boar bristles, which can be used to easily brush off soil residues from the mushrooms. Supplied in blister packaging.
