The Opinel No 08 SAMPO model, limited to 6750 pieces worldwide, has a handle made from attractive Finnish curly birch. The highly polished blade is made from Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel. The Virobloc ring, the locking mechanism familiar from Opinel knives, naturally also secures the blade of this model when closed and open. LIMITED EDITION!
