The large Opinel No 12 pocket knife with serrated edge is particularly suitable for cutting bread or fruit and vegetables with a hard skin. The blade made of Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel is reliably secured when open by turning the Virobloc ring. A special coating protects the handle, which is made from a single piece of beech wood, from moisture.
