Opinel Knife No 08 Carbon. The 8.5 cm long blade made of carbon steel offers excellent sharpness and strength. The beech wood handle provides a better grip and thus more safety. The Virobloc safety system invented by Opinel allows the blade to be locked in either the open or closed position. Due to its size, it is very versatile and indispensable for small DIY tasks, hunting, agricultural work, and creative hobbies. This knife requires blade maintenance after use (drying and oiling). Not suitable for the dishwasher.
