Beautiful and delicate. This model from the No 06 line is perfect for those looking for a knife with character. Its 7 cm stainless steel blade offers an excellent cut and high corrosion resistance. Oak is a hard wood that is very resistant thanks to its high tannin content. It comes from French cultivation and has a yellow-brown appearance with straight and regular veins. The handle is protected against moisture and dirt by a lacquer coating.
