Product details

The Opinel Carbon Steel is a high-carbon steel with a high carbon content. After heat treatment, it offers excellent hardness, ensuring a perfect fit with the edge and high resistance to wear. Resharpening is also easy. However, carbon steel has low resistance to corrosion from moisture, so precautions are necessary during use: do not leave your knives in the dishwasher or wet, wipe the blade with a dust-binding cloth after use, and regularly oil the joints.
