Product details

2000 g sledgehammer with shock protection sleeve made of quality steel grade C 45 according to DIN 17200. Forged head with heat treatment through induction of working surfaces (54 HRC). Finely polished working parts. Epoxy powder coating using an electrostatic process, followed by baking. Forged in a die and precision ground. Carefully hardened and properly tempered. Neatly painted and rust-protected through powder coating. The eye and pin are finely ground by hand. With a double-curved hickory handle and nickel-plated shock protection sleeve. Hickory handle: high-density hardwood, suitable for intensive or frequent use. The nozzle is produced by a hydraulic machine, a tension sensor measures the performance of the nozzle on each product, and then a pressure sensor controls the installation of the resin.
