Product details
The Echinocactus grusonii, also known as the Golden Barrel Cactus, is a strikingly beautiful and popular ornamental plant native to Central Mexico. Unfortunately, the Golden Barrel Cactus is endangered, making its conservation very important. Its distinctive spherical shape and golden-yellow spines make it a standout plant that fits well in modern interiors. Additionally, it is very low-maintenance and requires little water, making it suitable for people with less of a green thumb.
Care: The amount of water the plant needs depends on its location. If the plant is in a sunny spot, it requires more water than if it is in a shady area. Water the plant every two weeks from April to September. During the shorter days from October to March, it should be watered once a month. Ensure that the plant is in well-draining soil so that water can easily flow away and the plant does not suffer from root rot.
Size: The plant has a height of 40-45 cm at delivery, measured including the growing pot. The plant is delivered in a growing pot with a diameter of 25 cm.
