The Fargesia Rufa, also known as green bamboo, originates from China and is very low-maintenance. This bamboo is evergreen, hardy down to -20 degrees Celsius, and this species is non-invasive. An ideal garden plant! These favorable characteristics make Fargesia Rufa the best-selling bamboo in Europe. The maximum height of Fargesia Rufa is 3 meters, making it suitable for creating a beautiful, dense hedge. The Fargesia Rufa retains its leaves year-round, adding a genuine oriental atmosphere to your garden.
Care: Fargesia Rufa prefers a location in full sun or partial shade and requires moderate to ample water. Water the plants regularly in summer and on hot days. It is recommended to plant the bamboo in the ground with a spacing of 40-60 cm apart. However, it is also possible to plant the plants in a pot in the garden!
