Sandpaper sticks like Velcro, so maybe anyone will work in a pinch, but the ones for this sander are those that come with 3 rhomboid-shaped tips, so you can replace the tip more often than the rest of the pad, like Bosch Multi-blade set (180, 80, 120)

When I bought it, it only came with 1 sanding attachment. Are there also polishing attachments? I would have guessed yes, but you would have to google to be sure...

Mine had a CH plug on it
