Hello I have had the pad for about two months. However, the finger sensor does not work with my 5-year-old son. I have already registered four fingers. Is there any experience of small fingers still not being recognised? Troublesome...

According to research: Recognition problems can occur with very small fingers. The sensor is optimised for larger finger surfaces, which is why children's fingers are often not reliably detected.

Delivered tonight? I don't think so! I bought the product on Sunday and now it has "delayed delivery". This is blatant deception. Adjust these delivery times immediately or you will send me my order tonight 7.1.24. I am used to much better service from Galaxus.

Can anyone report whether the fingerprint also works reliably outdoors in winter (with a cold device and cold fingers)? We have an ekey UNO and it only works very unreliably at temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius (it doesn't even recognise that a finger is on it, the fingerprint is recognised as invalid).

The Keypad is weather-resistant and also suitable for outdoor use. It has a protective surface to withstand temperatures from -20°C to +70°C. The housing is certified dust and water jet-proof in accordance with the IP54 standard.
