I bought the spike for the E-335. It also had extensions in the package but I can't say for sure whether it fits.
The manufacturer states that this item is only suitable for Weber GENESIS II and GENESIS II LX 200 and 300.

No, this spit is only for Genesis. You need manufacturer's number 8519.

I bought the spit for my Genesis II with two burners. It is so long that I think it also fits the one with three.
No it only comes with a couple of forks with rotary skewers, but I have seen that you can buy them separately.

Genesis II 2 and 3 burner gas barbecue roaster and Genesis 300 series, according to the manufacturer's reference.

The rotating spit only fits the 200 and 300 series. The 400 is wider, so the spit would be too short.
You can distinguish the skewers by the manufacturer's number: 200s/300s must use the "7654", 400s/600s the "7655".
For the Genesis II 410 you would need this one: Weber rotary skewer
Yes, the Weber rotary spit fits the Weber Spirit models 210, as well as 310 & 320.
Should be no problem according to the manufacturer!
