The Zaptec Go 2 supports bidirectional charging and is V2G-capable, which means that it can serve as a battery buffer for your electric vehicle in the future. However, this requires that the vehicle is also V2G-capable and supports the necessary standards such as ISO 15118-20. Currently, the Zaptec Go 2 offers precise energy measurement through a MID-certified meter, which ensures accurate billing.

Nah, just an electrician is fine. There's no special way this box is installed to any others. 3 lines in (or one, depending on your needs) a ground and a neutral is standard non rocket science electrical installation. Saying only a certified one is the only way is just an upsell of preferred providers. After install it's all controlled from an app. Done and dusted.

The device must be installed by an authorised electrician in Switzerland. He must be authorised by Zaptec and only he can activate the device. I therefore think it is unlikely that a device from Switzerland will work without further ado.

No, with the Go 2 you cannot switch directly between different cost units using an RFID card, as with the Zaptec Pro. The Go 2 offers RFID for locking/unlocking and user-based evaluation of charging processes in the app with MID-compliant meter for billing to the exact kilowatt hour, especially for company cars. It is suitable for separate billing of company and private charging (e.g. company vehicle vs. private car) via the app documentation and OCPP compatibility with backend systems, but no automatic cost unit change by card is described. Since you already have a separate electricity meter, this could make billing easier, but for exact multi-user cost unit functions, see the Zaptec Go 2 user manuals or ask Zaptec support.

V2H/V2G with Nissan e-NV200: Not possible with the Zaptec Go 2, as it only supports AC-based bidirectional charging (ISO 15118-20), while your vehicle requires CHAdeMO. Charging with Zaptec Go 2: One-sided charging is possible with a type 2 to type 1 adapter. V2H in Switzerland: Requires a DC-based CHAdeMO charging station, e.g. EVTEC sospeso&charge or Sun2Wheel. Requirements: Installation by a certified electrician, technical connection application to the grid operator, Modbus meter, energy management system and a domestic installation prepared for energy recovery. Recommendation: For V2H/V2X: A CHAdeMO-compatible DC wallbox. For pure charging: The Zaptec Go 2 is a high-quality and future-proof solution, but must also be installed by a specialist.
