The Troll Comfort motor controller is a timer for controlling tubular motors. It is the successor to the Comfort model from the 2625 and 2645 series by RADEMACHER. The new Troll Comfort timer features a modern design with a large, illuminated display that includes contrast adjustment and is delivered in white with a frame. It comes with an installation assistant and offers extensive automation functions, such as a random function, daily/weekly/weekend, and astro programs. The ventilation and sun position can be freely selected. It also allows for easy access to intermediate positions. The summer/winter time change occurs automatically, and a key lock can be set to prevent unwanted operation. Additionally, the Comfort timer includes a blind function, which allows for a reversing automation or a tip operation, as well as a light function that can control lighting. With the optional sun/dusk sensor, sun/dusk control is possible. This controller has integrated blockage detection for mechanical tubular motors, protecting frozen roller shutters from damage thanks to its shutdown feature. The Troll Comfort timer has two external inputs, enabling group or central control. The controller is designed according to DIN 49075 and can be integrated into all common switch programs using intermediate frames. The supply voltage is 230 V, 50-60 Hz, and it is classified as protection class II. In standby mode, it consumes approximately 0.3 W. The controller features permanent data storage (8 hours) in the event of a power failure. It can operate in temperatures ranging from 0 to 40 °C, with a switching capacity of 8 A resistive load and 4 A inductive load. The control unit measures 50 x 50 x 12 mm (L x W x H), and the installation depth is 32 mm.
