Short description: Wedge bar chuck with quick-change jaw system. The accuracy of the jaws is maintained as long as they are only used on the same chuck and the base and top jaws are stored bolted for recurring tasks.

Technical features: With jaw safety, chuck body completely surface-hardened, visual marking for quick jaw adjustment, outer shape including splash guard, lubrication options for heavily stressed sliding surfaces, includes safety key, high corrosion protection.

Applications: Optimized for turning applications that require extremely high clamping forces, maximum roundness accuracy, and reliable long-term repeat accuracy. In conjunction with a base plate, stationary use on milling machines, dividing heads, and machining centers.

Advantages: Highest clamping force due to wedge bar system, round and flat run tolerance twice as accurate as required in DIN accuracy class 1, very high jaw change repeat accuracy, balanced and jaws ground for roundness in the chuck.
